Will We Have The Same Things Tomorrow?
Every year the United States Releases over 3 million tons of toxic chemicals into the land, air and water. This waste causes us to lose over 15 million acres of land every year. This waste makes our rivers to polluted to swim or drink in.
Pollution is also caused by industrial and commercial waste, agriculture practices and everyday human activities. Everything we do effects the environment in some way.
There are different types of pollution, the three main types are: Land pollution, air pollution, and water pollution.
The main contributes to land pollution are:
- Chemical plants
- industrial factories
- human sewage
- mining
- littering
- reforestation
Air pollution is hazardous waste that we send into our atmosphere that danger human life and other living matter.
Almost 232 million diff rent types of vehicles are driven by the Untied States everyday adding greenhouse gases into the air!
Now since you know all of those horrible facts about what we're doing to our environment you're probably wondering what you can do to help. Some stuff you can do to help our enviroment is:
- recycle
- walk or ride a bike rather than drive
- do not throw trash or other harmful chemicals into our water supplies.

Remember every small thing can make a big difference
I agree we should try to reduce pollution good examples for helping the environment but not everybody cares they just do whatever is convenient so we need to have a way to get them to try and reduce pollution.

ReplyDeleteThis was a very good post.I think that everyone should take a better step towards making our earth a better place by reducing the pollution. I wish everyone had the same view points as you, because a lot of people don't care and they should.
