Polar bears have had a healthly lifestyle since they came into existance. The reason they have been able to live such a healthy life is because of two main elements.
ICE. Polar bears are adapted to live in extremely cold tempuratures, which is why they have managed to live in the Arctic. Their white fur blends into the ice and is great camouflage for hunting. Which Brings us to our next element.
SEALS. Polar Bears hunt on the ice. They need to hunt on the ice so they can blend in and not been seen by their prey.
Due to Global Warming, the ice in the Arctic ice is melting at a rapid speed, and with out ice, seals begin to die too, so we don't have seals, and we don't have ice, then before we know it we don't have polar bears. We need to decrease our use of harsh gases like carbon dioxide to keep the temperatures down in the arctic. Or else hunting and surviving in the arctic will be a struggle for the polar bears, at the rate we are at, we may not see polar bears less then 100 years into our future.
If we want our grand children to be able to observe these wonderful animals, then we are going to have to changes the way we live, to save the polar bears

I agree that the way we are living does effect the polar bears, although I think that to make your blog better you could list more ways we could save polar bears from global warming.
ReplyDeleteI think that if humans smoked less, it would reduce the amount of harsh gas in the air and also keep people healthier, if we car- pooled it would also help, if that's what you meant?
ReplyDeleteI agree that we have to change to help the animals but I also think that a change like that will tougher for some people to change than others.
