Is Animal testing worth it?
This is what animals will look like after being tested with chemicals, but on a human. Would you want to be tested like animals are? Would you want that to happen to your best friend? I know I definitely wouldn't want that to happen. If you're an animal lover why wouldn't you care? Would you want to stop them from hurting these innocent creatures?

One animal dies from animal testing every second in the USA, every two seconds in Japan and every twelve seconds in the UK. All these animals are dying because they have been burnt, crushed, sliced, electrocuted, poisoned with toxic chemicals, psychologically tormented in the name of scientific curiosity and the fact that some are actually funded by tax payers makes me sick. One of the things that tax payers fund is to study head trauma where animals are strapped into machinery and pretty much hit extremely hard in the head. Many suffer from brain damage. But, did you know that some hair companies test there shampoo by feeding it to dogs. Some people say there best friend is there dog. Can you imagine feeding your best friend shampoo. Gross?
What do you think about animal testing? Is it worth it?
How can we help?
We can help by donating on the second website I have listed below. Or if you don't have the money to donate or just simply can't on that same website go to Get Involved then kids/teens and it will show you what you can do to help. For free. Just by talking to the humane society (or something along those lines) about how you saw somebody abusing an animal helps.
I think this is a good blog and you got my attention i think you should put in information on how we can help?how can we stop this cruelty
ReplyDeleteYah I should have added more info on how we can help.
DeleteVery strong ideas, and very big issue.
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what I think I don't think it could be another way.
DeleteWow I had no idea that many animals die every second! Its just awful! Is there a link or website where we can go to help?
ReplyDeleteYes if you go to the second website I listed there is an option to donate and there is also tons of other info.
DeleteVery interesting topic to write about. and i really liked your blog. But what can we do to stop this issue. And i think you should put more info about how we can help to get rid of this issue.
ReplyDeleteThat's what roanna said (about adding more info) I will update my blog and thanks for the feedback
DeleteThis is a majour issue. I agree that my dog is my best friend and I wouldn't want that to happen to him! But, on the other side of the fence, if we didn't test it in animals, then that means we would have to test it on plants or even worse humans.
